Taylor Richmond

I grew up playing in the beautiful and diverse landscapes that span the state of Utah. The outdoors are my playground. I first moved to Oregon to attend the University of Oregon, where I graduated from the school of Journalism and Communication and spent four years as a member of the University of Oregon Cheerleading team. (Go Ducks!) I have built my home base in Portland, strategically located between the ocean and the mountains. I make travel a regular habit. During the spring of 2018 I was an Artist in Residence in Guna Yala, Panama. Where I lived in an autonomous indigenous village and was fortunate to participate in the thriving, native Guna culture. Since then, I have dedicated the majority of my art to conservation and illustrating the places I have been and the species I have fallen in love with along the way.
